To make a word plural, add the '-s' suffix.
To make a word negative, add the 'na-' prefix.
Most negative words use the 'na-' stem.
The infinitive for the third person pronoun is 'Moi'. Its equivalent in English is the word 'It'.
To make a word masculine, add the 'lo-' prefix.
To make a word feminine, add the 'la-' prefix.
To make a word andyrogynous, add the 'li-' prefix.
A gender does not need to be specified to make the word grammatically correct.
The word 'We' can be written as 'Ƿate' when the group is made up of the speaker and the reader. (Hence the literal translation, Me-you.)
When there are more than two specified individuals (Such as in refrence to a group the speaker is a part of.), it can be written as 'Ƿates'. (As in, Me-multiple yous.)
Past ten, numbers are spelled based on their place value.
Hundred's, ten's, and one's places is seperated by a stop (`).
Examples
Suþ̌eb̌`ko -> Seventy-four
Kiþ̌eb̌`ob̌ -> Fifty-nine
Kogad`seþ̌eb̌`ok -> Four hundred sixty-eight
Once in the thousands, the '-mažā' suffix is used for further places.
Thousand -> Numažā
Million -> Ummažā
Billion -> Tømažā
And so on and so forth.
Examples
Okþ̌eb̌`tø numažā tegad`seþ̌eb̌`ko -> Eighty-two thousand three hundred sixty-four
Subjects are placed before verbs.
In the infinitive, verbs always end with a glottal stop (`). Otherwise, a specific ending takes its place to indicate tanse.
Subjects are placed as a prefix to verbs with a stop at the end.
Examples
Ƿa`b̌ežai. -> I see.
To make a verb progressive, add the '-ƿā' suffix after the initial time.
Examples
Ƿa`cøþaiƿā. -> I am eating.
